"Ann and I lived happily in a three-storey house for 25 years, but my torn meniscus meant I couldn’t handle all the steps without discomfort. Being a structural engineer, I knew of HELM, and friends who were living in a couple of its earlier developments provided us with rave reviews so we had no concerns about buying off-the-plan.
