The judges were pleased to note that the developer chose to underground unsightly electricity transmission lines significantly improving the project presentation and enhancing the streetscape for nearby residents. The judges were further impressed by the choice of ground floor retail offerings which complemented the quality and high level of finish of the apartments in this amazing complex.”
